POINT MOBILE PM80

The Point Mobile PM80 is equipped with Qualcomm's Snapdragon MSM8916 processor. This is a market proven Quad-Core application processor with a speed of 1.4 GHz. It's really a SoC (System on a Chip) with 4G LTE, Wireless LAN, Bluetooth, S-GPS and Camera Bus Interface. The Point Mobile PM80 has a 5.0 "IPS Panel TFT LCD Display with Capacitive Touchscreen and supports widescreen and daylight reduction to maximize the best field performance. The screen is protected with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 for maximum durability.

Android or Windows

The Point Mobile PM80 runs on Google's Android 6.x Marshmallow Operating System and it has been certified by Google CTS to support all Google official APIs, including Google Play. All applications based on Google API can be optimized in terms of performance, including any 3rd party MDM (Mobie Device Management) solution such as SOTI. You can also choose Windows 10 IoT.

The Point Mobile PM80 is fully optimized for Enteprise mobility purposes. Easy transfer with WWAN and WLAN, seamlessly roaming among many routers and access points in the rugged work environment.

1D/2D, NFC, MSR & ICCR

To provide various data entry functions to different needs, the Point Mobile PM80 is equipped with the latest 1D/2D barcode scanner, NFC RF RFID 13.56Mhz and encoded 3-track magnetic strip reader. MSR is optional and is free of possible forgery and unauthorized access to data due to Point Mobile's data encryption technology.
