Role Description

As a Sales Co-ordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by managing administrative tasks, facilitating communication, and ensuring smooth operations within the sales department. Your organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain sales documents, and customer records in the system.
• Act as a liaison between the sales team, customers, and other internal departments.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide information on products & services.
• Process sales orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Co-ordinate with relevant departments to ensure prompt product delivery.
• Track and monitor order status, addressing any issues that may arise during the fulfilment process.
• Maintain and update customer databases with accurate and current information.
• Generate sales reports & MIS.
• Communicating with customers ensuring Timely Payment collections.
• Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure effective use of CRM tools for customer relationship building.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar role or relevant administrative experience of 2-3 years.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Bachelor's degree in commerce, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
